The Interior Partners Wins Gold at 2016 OBIE Awards

Obies-2016-websiteThe Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates The Interior Partners for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model $199,999 and under category for the model home at Copperleaf at Global Forum. The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

Space planning was used to try and maximize livability in a small square footage. Playing with scale was critical in this design to balance the higher ceilings and smaller rooms.

The oversized art was used to visually expand the space. The bright use of color as well as a faux wall in the study adds needed visual interest. Urban flair is spot on for the buyer of this property. Traffic and buyer response has been overwhelmingly positive.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 36th anniversary in 2016. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years. The OBIE Awards, named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given, are the premier awards in of Atlanta’s residential building industry.
